Junior Scheduler

Job summary

The junior scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and updating project schedules while developing performance indicators. They will also support the lead scheduler in monitoring project scenarios and ensuring compliance with established baselines and procedures.

As a junior shceduler, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and updating schedules, analyzing and revising activity sequences, as well as developing various project control performance indicators. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the lead scheduler with all interfaces and deliverables related to schedule * Monitor /analyze minuscule project scenatio schedules in accordance with approved project baselines * Support progress and performance reports as required by the project/contract * Adhere to corporate scheduling processes and procedures and comply with department procedures and standard formats. * Support analysis of possible schedule issues related to change of management QUALIFICATIONS: * Hold a university degree or a college diploma in a relevant discipline (engineering, naval architecture) and have a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience * Preference of having knowledge of scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, Safran) and good working knowledge in MS office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint etc). * Effective analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate with different departments in a multidisciplinary environment * Team oriented * Successful completion of the investigation and security clearance process required by the federal government’s Contract Security Program. Requirements

Candidates must hold a university degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline such as engineering or naval architecture. A minimum of 2-5 years of related experience and the ability to obtain federal security clearance are required.
