Novus Crystal Glass is seeking an Automotive Glass Apprentice to join our team. Whether you have some experience in automotive glass installation or none at all, we offer hands-on training, career development opportunities, and the chance to work on today's most advanced vehicles. In this role, candidates can expect to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and earn between $18.25 and $23, depending on experience. What You'll Do * Remove and install automotive windshields, door glass, back glass, and other vehicle glass components. * Inspect vehicles for damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement procedures. * Repair stone chips and minor windshield damage when applicable. * Calibrate and verify Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) following windshield replacements (training provided for apprentices). * Complete work orders, documentation, and quality control checks. * Other duties as required. Requirements * Experience with automotive glass installation is an asset, but not required * A commitment to providing quality work to the highest standards * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Willingness to participate in training and skill development programs * A valid driver’s license If you're passionate about vehicles, technology, and learning new skills, we'd love to hear from you!
