Parts Shipper Receiver

Chinook Equipment in Lethbridge is GROWING and seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our parts team. As a Shipper/Receiver you will keep parts flowing correctly through the branch, from receiving shipments, staging orders, keeping inventory accurate, maintaining a professional warehouse and showroom, and following through on returns and shipment exceptions. This is an entry-level opportunity, perfect for someone who is dependable, organized and interested in building a long-term career in heavy equipment parts! The successful candidate can expect to earn a wage of $18-$22/hour, depending on experience. Why Work at Chinook Equipment: * Growth & development - we love to promote from within! * Deep community roots, a family-oriented and friendly workplace which values employees * Competitive compensation plan with industry-leading health & dental benefits * Travel reward program where you can travel on us beginning at 5 years of employment * Opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization via training and continuous improvement * Supportive and caring leadership and team environment What You'll Do as a Shipper/Receiver: * Receive inbound parts shipments accurately and without avoidable delay * Check shipments for shortages, damage or incorrect items and follow up on exceptions * Receipt parts in the inventory system and stage stock, customer special orders and work-order parts correctly * Contact customers when their parts arrive and follow up on items that are not picked up * Put away stock in the correct warehouse bins and replenish parts on the sales floor * Maintain showroom standards including price tagging, shelf organization, facing and merchandising * Process vendor returns, cores, transfers and customer shipments correctly * Complete cycle counts and support day-to-day warehouse and department needs What You Bring * Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through * A team-first approach with professional communication skills * Comfort with computers and the ability to learn dealer-management systems * Ability to perform physical work including repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs and regular standing, walking, bending and reaching * Valid driver's license * Ability to pass a criminal record test If you want a hands-on role with high expectations and a clear path to grow, apply today to join our Lethbridge Parts team! The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for managing inbound and outbound parts shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing the warehouse and showroom. They will also handle customer inquiries regarding parts arrivals and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, comfortable using computer systems, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal record check are required for this role.
