Fix Auto in Salmon Arm is seeking a Repair Planner to join our busy Collision Center! This is a full-time, permanent position where you will work Monday to Friday. Candidates can expect to earn $75,0000 - $85,000 annually, plus bonus depending on experience. Job Duties: * Accurately inspect and assess damage on vehicle once the vehicle has been dismantled. * Prepare comprehensive repair plans and estimates, identifying all required parts, materials and labour to minimize supplements. * Determine the priority of tasks within the scope of the repair order. * Complete and submit repair order supplements to insurance companies for work authorization. * Ensure necessary parts are ordered and available for the time of repair. * Maintain constant communication with Estimators and Body Technicians to ensure vehicles are fixed quickly and accurately. * Work closely and collaborate with Insurance Partners, Technicians, and other team members to maximize efficiency, productivity and enhance the overall customer experience. * Monitor and maintain quality standards for all repairs by collaborating with your team. * Other duties as required. Ideal Requirements: * A minimum of 3 years experience in Automotive Collision Estimating or Repair Planning. * I-Car certification and experience working with ICBC is preferred * Demonstrated ability to plan and schedule, prioritizing repairs based on workload and deadlines * A team player who can collaborate and work effectively and insurers who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. * High School Diploma and valid Driver’s License are required.
