A driven Sales Consultant can expect to earn upwards of $100,000 per year or more! * Industry-leading health and dental benefits package * Employer-matched RRSP Plan * Regular community involvement * Other rewarding benefits such as regular social gatherings, travel rewards, employee pricing, and more * In-house Bistro with freshly prepared snacks and lunches What You Bring: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * You consider yourself to be results-driven and self-motivated * A team-player with a positive attitude * Willingness to learn and grow (career-driven) * Ability to work flexible hours where needed * High School Diploma and a valid Driver’s License More About the Role as a Sales Consultant: * Meet with customers and prospective buyers to understand needs and wants, and match them with a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances through test drives, walk arounds and demonstrations * Provide product information and service features and benefits, quote prices and payments * Work closely with the Sales Managers and Finance Managers to arrange for vehicle financing, applications, warranty, etc. * Finalize sales purchase and complete all paperwork involved with the sale and/or lease of the vehicle. * Provide support on delivery-day and work with Delivery Coordinator to ensure everything is in place and vehicle set-up is completed
