Key Responsibilities of a Territory Manager: * Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers that will generate future sales and repeat business to achieve sales goals * Prepare customer quotes, sales orders, and conduct tailored sales presentations/demonstrations as required * Maintain and update CRM program tracking deals and customer interactions * Cultivate creative solutions for leasing, financing and rental purchase options * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights to customers. * Collaborate with internal teams (service and parts) to ensure seamless delivery and support for your customers * Provide after-sale support and exceptional customer service Skills and Experience: * Preference will be given to candidates who are local to the Lethbridge/Taber area and are well-connected in the community * In-depth knowledge and understanding of farming equipment and practices and/or a strong understanding of construction equipment * Willingness to work extended hours and travel to establish your territory and customer base * Strong sales acumen and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, identify new opportunities and close deals * Results driven with exceptional execution skills to meet or exceed targets * Valid driver’s license * Ability to pass a criminal record/credit check and provide a clean driving abstract If you’re ready to turn your passion for equipment into a high-earning career with a family-owned company, apply today!
