We are currently seeking someone to join our growing Valuations Team as an Associate. Who You Are If you are curious about how businesses are valued, enjoy digging into financial information and want to develop expertise in a specialized area of accounting, we would love to talk to you. Valuations offers exposure to a wide variety of businesses and assignments, including business valuations, litigation support, transaction advisory and other financial analyses. What You Will Do Assist in drafting valuation and loss quantification reports including the preparation of tables, exhibits, and charts Create financial models based on business issues or transactions being analyzed Assist in drafting income determination reports Complete pricing analysis relating to purchase/sale of a business Participate in the development of client and industry presentations Assist with researching various economic, technical and industry specific issues What You’ll Need Recent CPA (or writing the CFE in 2026) with the intent of pursuing the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation Relevant work experience such as financial statement analysis is a must Possess strong verbal and written communication Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills Ability to work individually or in small teams, lead engagements, and communicate with clients on an as needed basis Have an aptitude for business development activities Compensation Our competitive compensation package, including GRSP matching, great benefits, professional development and training, and a hybrid work schedule, is designed to reward success and hard work. Salary Range $60,000 - $85,000 Starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply before August 31st, 2026
