Agile Delivery Manager (ADM)

We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Agile Delivery Manager (ADM) to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks. Two openings: one FTE and one contract ( 6 months renewable) Role type: Hybrid (2 to 3 days in office required) ADM Roles & Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring commitments are met on scope, timeline, budget, and quality. Build strong partnerships across business, technology, and leadership teams to drive delivery outcomes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executives through clear status updates, risk management, and recommendations. Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost planning, budgeting, and reporting, while maintaining high forecast accuracy. Drive planning, dependency management, issue resolution, governance, and release readiness across teams. Lead and coach teams to improve delivery performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate delivery, financial, and governance records using approved tools and processes. Take ownership of challenges, proactively remove roadblocks, and bring forward solutions and recommendations. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1) 6+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Project Manager 2) 5+ years' experience in managing and delivering complex IT software projects 3) 3+ years’ experience with Agile methodology while delivering IT projects 4) 3+ years of experience with Digital platforms. 5) 3+ years’ experience with Clarity, Service Now, Confluence and Jira are required. Nice-To-Have Skills: 1) Financial Industry experience/banking systems knowledge **Highly Preferred** 2) Previous Experience with Digital Banking - such as digital channels, mobile apps, webs. 3) Ideally has Certified Scrum master certification (CSM / PSM) Key Success Factors Communication: Strong executive presence with the ability to clearly articulate status, risks, issues, and recommendations. Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans with a target FAR of 95%+. Ownership & Delivery: Accountable for outcomes, drives execution, and follows through on commitments. Resourcefulness: Seeks answers, leverages networks, and brings options and recommendations before escalating. Education: Bachelor's degree in any IT related Fields

Own end-to-end delivery of complex IT software projects, ensuring commitments are met regarding scope, timeline, budget, and quality. Build partnerships across business and technology teams while managing project financials and removing roadblocks.

Requires 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, with specific expertise in Agile methodologies and digital platforms. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is required, and a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is expected.
