We are currently seeking highly skilled Native IOS Developer Lead or Native Android Developer Lead to join our dynamic team, supporting one of our major banking clients. Pay Rate: $100-110/hour Working hours: 8 hours Key Responsibilities Build responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces using Swift, SwiftUI, and/or UIKit for IOS and using Kotlin and Android SDK for Android. Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Implement authentication, data handling, navigation, error handling, and application security. Work with native platform capabilities and plugins when required. Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions. Use Git and CI/CD tools for source control and application delivery. Work with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams. Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Must-Have Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience developing native mobile applications for iOS or Android. Strong experience with Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android. Experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit and Android Jetpack Compose and/or XML layouts. Strong understanding of iOS SDK, Xcode, Android SDK, and Android Studio. Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON. Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or similar. Experience with Git and standard software development lifecycle practices. Experience with unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Good understanding of iOS and Android application lifecycles, memory management, and performance optimization. Experience developing responsive and user-friendly mobile applications across different devices and operating system versions.

Requires 8 or more years of native iOS or Android development experience, with strong skills in Swift or Kotlin and the relevant platform SDKs and development tools. Candidates should also have experience with UI frameworks, REST APIs and JSON, mobile architecture and design patterns, Git, testing, debugging, application lifecycles, memory management, and performance optimization.
