Job summary
We are currently looking for an Executive Coordinator to join one of our manufacturing clients in the (KWC) region. Pay - $55K- $60K Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Handle emails, mail, phone calls, and executive correspondence. Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business documents. Maintain organized electronic and physical files. Process expense reports and organize receipts. Track action items and follow up on deadlines. Coordinate executive meetings and boardroom logistics. Arrange catering, customer visits, and executive events. Welcome customers, suppliers, and business guests. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Support the CEO with day-to-day administrative activities. Requirement Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Experience preparing reports, presentations, and executive documents. Experience processing expense reports and maintaining records. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
