Meet monthly and annual sales targets while supporting purchasers from the sales agreement through possession, including preparing accurate documentation and communicating about policies, approvals, construction, and schedules. Maintain the show home, sales materials, signage, traffic records, and inventory checks; promote the community through approved social media and marketing channels, and train new sales assistants.
