This position also serves as the primary reception support, ensuring professional front-office operations through telephone reception, mail distribution, courier coordination, and visitor assistance. Key Objectives: * Conduct monthly office and fire extinguisher inspections. * Track and maintain monthly fleet mileage records. * Coordinate and schedule all required field safety training. * Assist with fleet maintenance scheduling and service coordination. * Process invoices and other department-related expenses. * Reconcile company credit card statements accurately and on time. * Provide administrative and operational support to managers and field staff regarding fleet maintenance and required vehicle services. * Maintain accurate safety records and documentation. * Perform general reception duties, including answering and directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments. * Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate departments. * Prepare outgoing courier and carrier packages, including coordinating pickups and maintaining shipping records as required. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Skill Requirements: * Valid Alberta’s driver’s license * Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with trade partners, managers & field staff * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Confidence in managing trade partners * Excellent organizational skills
