Job summary

Maintain customer quality requirements and specifications while continually improving welding processes. Participate in shift rotation as required and suggest improvements to the work environment and processes.

Job details

Day Shift (7 am to 3:30 pm). Pay - $23.00 - $26.00. Maintain customer quality requirements and specifications, while continually improving process (CIP). Qualifications GTAW CWB certified. Must have minimum 2 years MIG experience. Ability to read blueprints and familiar with welding symbols. Knowledge of jigs and fixtures is an asset. Familiar with management systems, ie. Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental. Must have knowledge of welding techniques and equipment. Participate in shift rotation as required. Participate in making suggestions for continuous improvement of work environment and processes. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time.

Requirements

Requires GTAW CWB certification and at least two years of MIG welding experience. Candidates must be able to read blueprints and welding symbols, and have knowledge of welding techniques and equipment; familiarity with jigs, fixtures, and management systems is an asset.
