Review E&I scopes, drawings, and specifications, and prepare competitive estimates covering quantities, labor, materials, equipment, and productivity assumptions. Develop execution methodologies, identify and mitigate project risks, assess contractual clauses, and coordinate tender preparation with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Read blueprints, handle steel components, and erect or dismantle metal structures, modules, and equipment to engineered and quality standards. Perform rigging, welding or bolting, inspections, and equipment use while following company and site safety protocols.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to determine fabrication methods and operating sequences. Operate manual machining and metal-shaping equipment safely and effectively, and perform other assigned duties.

Interpret drawings and specifications, prepare and join pipes using appropriate tools and methods, and install piping, supports, valves, and control systems. Test, clean, maintain, repair, and reactivate piping systems while following safety procedures and using power tools and heavy equipment.

Process payroll-related tasks, enter timesheets and invoices, generate client LEMs, and maintain employee, subcontractor, cost-coding, and attendance records. Coordinate travel and camp bookings, handle general office and documentation duties, and complete accurate, high-volume data entry to meet deadlines.

Build and manage marketing plans, budgets, recruitment campaigns, technical content, websites, and HubSpot operations for three industrial businesses. Develop US market-entry campaigns and brand presence, maintain shared brand assets, and coordinate external vendors while supporting HR and business development.
