Demonstrated customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a courteous, respectful approach in all interactions. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain consistent productivity, and collaborate effectively with dispersed team members and dealership staff. Comfort interpreting basic performance metrics (conversion rates, response times, appointment show rates) and using insights to adjust daily activities. Previous experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, call center, or inside sales is preferred; bilingual capability (English/French) is an advantage.
