Your Mission Sales & Commercial Strategy Manage your team of sales associates to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for our customers. Ensure the profitability of your department, developing and implementing the action plans necessary to reach target goals. Ensure that all merchandise is received and presented correctly, in alignment with our merchandising standards and commercial strategies. Establish and adhere to your department’s annual sales budget. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for your department (productivity, margin, inventory, etc.). Human Resources: Coach, support, and develop your team members by applying Decathlon’s HR policies. Recruit and onboard top talent in line with Decathlon’s internal hiring policies. Handle administrative management for your team according to established company policies. Prepare your team's work schedules in advance, aligned with sales forecasts. Operations: Efficiently carry out store operational tasks (opening and closing procedures, cash register management, loss prevention, stock flow, etc.). Contribute to your own safety, as well as the safety of your colleagues, customers, and the store environment. Your Player Profile You hold a college diploma (DEC) in administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field. You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a management role within the retail sector or a related industry. You actively participate in sports / You are a sports enthusiast. You are goal-oriented. You are proactive and take initiative. You possess leadership skills. You are passionate about customer service and sales. You are proficient in basic Google Suite tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).
