Key Responsibilities: * Sand parts for finishing to the appropriate standards. * Inspect cabinet parts for defects and make minor repairs. * Recognize wood species and door profiles. * Read paperwork, count parts and verify job completion. * Clean and maintain sanders and filters. * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: * Prioritize tasks effectively, maintain an organized workstation, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality * Perform repetitive light lifting as required * Read and understand written instructions while maintaining a customer focused approach * Meet deadlines and consistently achieve daily production targets * Demonstrate dependability, work effectively in a team, and take pride in producing high quality components Accessibility accommodation is available upon request.
