Position Overview We are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage several large projects across various locations in Alberta. The ideal candidate would have certification as a journeyman in the mechanical trade, CET, PMP or equivalent relevant experience and be based in Camrose or willing to relocate. Experience with VDC principles, CAD, REVIT, digital layout and/or prefabrication practices would be considered an asset. Roles and Responsibilities Manage projects to deliver each project on time, within budget and scope Ability to oversee multiple projects Effective leadership abilities with experience guiding site teams, subcontractors, and trades in a collaborative and safety-focused manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Fully understand and manage the technical, regulatory, commercial and contractual requirements of projects Proven project management skills, including scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Comply with standards and procedures of industry, Safety Manual, and abide by safety rules set out in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Assist in identifying and preparing proper materials, equipment and tools required for new and existing project. Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projectsProficiency with project management and office software (e.g., MS Project or similar scheduling tools, MS Office, and basic construction management platforms). Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role in a mechanical contracting environment is highly beneficial.
