Provide technical support to customers and dealers by diagnosing product issues, managing support tickets and repairs, and coordinating with technicians, engineers, and production teams. Maintain product and case documentation, support training and service administration, and develop toward pre-sales and Sales Engineer responsibilities.

Design and maintain mechanical models, assemblies, drawings, sealing systems, and multi-level BOMs for underwater robotic products, owning assigned products or subassemblies from concept through production and sustaining engineering. Build and test prototypes, resolve design and manufacturing issues, coordinate with electrical engineering, production teams, and suppliers, and drive improvements in cost, reliability, and manufacturability.

The Supply Chain Manager owns the end-to-end flow of materials from vendors to production, overseeing warehouse and logistics operations. They are responsible for demand planning, inventory optimization, and partnering with Engineering to qualify new suppliers.
