L'Analyste Fonctionnel D365 (F&O) sera responsable d'analyser les besoins d'affaires et de configurer les modules Ventes, Service à la Clientèle et Gestion d'Entrepôt d'un environnement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, en assurant autant les implémentations que le support aux utilisateurs. PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT • Documenter les besoins d'affaires et la conception fonctionnelle • Traduire ces besoins en solutions D365 F&O et configurer les intégrations • Configurer les processus de vente, la tarification et les comptes clients • Gérer le traitement des commandes, la préparation et l'expédition • Paramétrer l'entrepôt ainsi que la logistique entrante et sortante • Assurer un support de base du matériel et logiciels intégrés PROFIL • 5+ années d'expérience en implémentation et support D365 F&O • Bonnes connaissances des modules Ventes, Service à la Clientèle et Entrepôt • Expérience en analyse d'écarts (fit-gap) et amélioration de processus • Aisance à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour des publics variés • Fort esprit d'analyse et excellente capacité à résoudre des problèmes • Habileté à influencer et à orienter le changement organisationnel • Maîtrise des outils de Microsoft 365 • Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 (atout) • BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent • Anglais requis, Français étant un atout ______________ The D365 Functional Analyst (F&O) will be responsible for analyzing business needs and configuring the Sales, Customer Service and Warehousing modules of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, balancing full-cycle implementations with ongoing user support.
