Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Conseiller en Gouvernance PMO pour un contrat d’une durée de 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement. MANDAT • Accompagner la haute direction dans l’arbitrage des investissements TI • Optimiser les instances de gouvernance du portefeuille de projets TI • Élaborer les cadres, directives et gabarits du bureau de projets • Analyser les risques, dépendances et la capacité de livraison du portefeuille • Mesurer les bénéfices et la valeur générés par les initiatives numériques • Œuvrer dans un environnement sur MS Project, Sciforma, Jira et Azure DevOps PROFIL • 20+ années d’expérience en gestion de projets TI • 15+ années en élaboration de cadres et processus de gestion de portefeuille • Expertise en priorisation des investissements et en suivi des bénéfices • Maîtrise des approches Agile et hybrides (Scrum, Kanban) • Aisance à conseiller la haute direction et à vulgariser des enjeux complexes • Connaissances en architecture, cybersécurité et intelligence artificielle (IA) • Expérience dans le secteur de la santé (atout) • Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) (atout) • Fort esprit de collaboration et habileté à rallier des intervenants variés • BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent • Français requis

What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have over 20 years of experience in IT project management and 15 years in portfolio management framework development. A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in Agile methodologies and French language skills.
