Le Développeur ServiceNow sera responsable de configurer et développer le module ITSM d'une grande organisation, en contribuant à l'évolution de la plateforme vers une nouvelle instance. PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT • Configurer et développer des solutions dans le module ITSM de ServiceNow • Optimiser et uniformiser la base de données en vue d'une nouvelle instance • Encadrer un développeur plus junior au sein de l'équipe • Assurer les mises en production bimensuelles et les tests de régression • Réaliser des intégrations entre ServiceNow et d'autres systèmes (ex. SAP) • Contribuer à la feuille de route de nouveaux modules (Discovery, SPM, RH) • Travailler au cœur d'une équipe ServiceNow d'environ 4 personnes • Œuvrer dans un environnement basé sur ServiceNow (ITSM) et JavaScript PROFIL • 5+ années comme Développeur ServiceNow durant les 8 dernières années • Expertise en configuration et développement du module ITSM ServiceNow • Maîtrise de JavaScript • Bonnes connaissances des meilleures pratiques ITIL (atout) • Rigueur et souci du détail au sein d'une plateforme TI critique • Certification ServiceNow (CSA ou CIS) (atout) • Autonomie et fort esprit d'analyse face à des enjeux techniques complexes • DEC ou BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent • Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel) ______________ The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for configuring and developing the ITSM module for a large organization, contributing to the platform's evolution toward a new instance.
