Le Vice-Président TI sera responsable de la vision technologique et de la gouvernance TI d'une entreprise en pleine expansion, en supervisant une équipe multidisciplinaire et en pilotant des projets stratégiques d'envergure. PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT • Définir la vision et la feuille de route technologique • Diriger une équipe TI multidisciplinaire et soutenir son développement • Superviser la relation avec les fournisseurs technologiques • Piloter des projets stratégiques majeurs et structurants • Établir les standards de gouvernance, de sécurité et de conformité TI • Relever de la présidence et contribuer aux décisions stratégiques • Travailler au cœur d'une équipe multidisciplinaire • Évoluer dans un environnement technologique diversifié PROFIL • 10+ années d'expérience en gestion des technologies de l'information • Expérience de leadership dans la direction d'équipes TI multidisciplinaires • Expertise en gouvernance, sécurité et conformité TI • Habileté à piloter des projets stratégiques de grande envergure • Excellentes habiletés de communication avec la haute direction • Vision stratégique alignée sur la croissance des affaires • Fort esprit de leadership et de mobilisation d'équipe • Certification PMP ou équivalent (atout) • BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais) ______________ The VP IT will be responsible for the technology vision and IT governance of a growing organization, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and leading large-scale strategic projects.
