Job summary
Senior Mainframe Developer (COBOL/JCL) Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid role - 3 days in-office MUST-HAVE SKILLS 1. 10+ years of hands on IBM mainframe application development experience, including 5+ years supporting mission critical applications within Tier 1 Canadian Financial Institutions 2. 10+ years of hands on experience with COBOL, CICS, DB2, IMS DB, VSAM, JCL, IBM MQ and z/OS developing high volume online and batch applications 3. 8+ years of experience supporting Customer information (CIS), Credit Card, VISA Debit Card, ABM/ATM, OR Payments, including migration, conversion, modernization or regulatory initiatives 4. 5+ years of experience integrating Mainframe applications with distributed platforms using Technologies such as IBM MQ, XML, SOA, IBM DataPower and APM 5. 5+ years of experience performing system design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, production implementation and level 3 production support throughout the SDLC
