SAP EAM Consultant

We are seeking highly experienced SAP professionals to support a Canadian rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition under RISE with SAP.Leverage an existing Global SAP S/4HANA Template that is already live and operational. The selected consultants will be responsible for assessing the applicability of the Global Template to the Canadian business, identifying and managing local requirements, configuring approved solutions, coordinating integrations, supporting testing and cutover, and ensuring a controlled transition to production. Candidates must have 15+ years of overall SAP experience and at least 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in North America. Experience with global template implementations, multinational organizations, Rise with SAP S/4HANA are Mandatory Experience working with Global Template team / Business Process owners, Business team or process owners from North America, SAP technical teams, integration teams, security teams. SAP ENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT/ Canada (Remote/Travel need to Client)/Contract Service / Repair Maintenance | Equipment History Role The SAP Enterprise Asset Management Consultant will lead the Asset Management / Plant Maintenance workstream for the North American rollout, with strong expertise in service, repair, maintenance, equipment lifecycle management, and equipment history. The consultant will ensure that the existing Global Template supports Canada entity asset management requirements while minimizing unnecessary deviations. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management Fit-to-Template workshops. Assess the live Global Template against Canada entity maintenance requirements. Configure and support: Equipment Functional Locations Technical Objects Maintenance Plans Maintenance Items Maintenance Strategies Preventive Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Design and support service and repair maintenance processes. Configure processes for equipment receipt, inspection, repair, refurbishment, and return to service. Support complete equipment lifecycle management. Design and support detailed equipment history. Ensure historical maintenance information is available for: Equipment Repairs Maintenance Orders Failures Notifications Parts replaced Maintenance costs Service activities Support equipment master data migration. Define equipment hierarchy and functional location structures. Configure preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Support integration with: MM Inventory Procurement Finance Quality Management Support spare parts and repair-related processes. Support refurbishment and repair scenarios. Support reporting and analytics requirements related to asset performance and maintenance history. Prepare functional specifications for required enhancements. Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Ensure the solution aligns with Global Template standard. Required Experience 15+ years SAP EAM / PM consulting experience. 7+ years North American SAP consulting experience. Strong SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management experience. Strong Plant Maintenance experience. Proven experience with service and repair maintenance. Strong understanding of equipment lifecycle management. Experience managing detailed equipment history and maintenance history. Experience with equipment and functional location structures. Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance. Experience integrating EAM with MM, SD, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain. Experience with repair/refurbishment processes is highly desirable. Global Template rollout experience. RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition experience preferred.

Lead the Asset Management and Plant Maintenance workstream for a Canadian SAP S/4HANA rollout using a Global Template. Responsible for configuring equipment lifecycles, maintenance plans, and ensuring seamless integration with MM, Finance, and Quality Management.

Requires over 15 years of SAP EAM/PM experience, including at least 7-8 years of consulting within North America. Must have proven expertise in S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and experience managing global template implementations for multinational organizations.
