Support chapters across North America with recruitment, operations, officer training, and chapter development, while serving as the primary staff member for expansion efforts. Conduct chapter visits, help plan expansion logistics, review Chapter Excellence Plan submissions, serve as a chapter liaison, and contribute to Fraternity resources and educational programs.
