Qualifications Experience in site supervision, construction management, and coordinating teams Proficiency in construction safety standards and protocols General construction, equipment operation, and material handling Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience in the ICI construction sector is an asset
