Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Hamilton, ON is for a Site Supervisor/Labourer. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized job site. The role also requires assisting with hands-on construction and labor tasks, including material handling and equipment operation, as needed. Qualifications Experience in site supervision, construction management, and coordinating teams Proficiency in construction safety standards and protocols General construction, equipment operation, and material handling Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience in the ICI construction sector is an asset
