Job Title: Inside Sales & Sales Administration Associate Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 2M9 (On-Site) Job Type: Permanent Full-time Department: Sales – Demon Powersports Work Hours per Week: 40 hours/week Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually About Us: Demon Powersports is a Canadian powersports and mobility organization that supports dealers and customers with reliable products and responsive service. We operate through three divisions: Demon Powersports, our core powersports business focused on product support, parts, and after-sales service; Demon Electric, dedicated to electric mobility solutions and dealer-ready support; and Unit Sales – Segway, focused on Segway unit sales, order management, dealer communication, and after-sales support. Across all divisions, we are committed to strong dealer partnerships, practical field-driven expertise, and consistent ownership experience from purchase through long-term support. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer and dealer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, shipping, and general sales matters. Support inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound follow-ups with customers, dealers, and prospective accounts. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, order confirmations, and other sales-related documents. Enter, review, and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Follow up on open quotations, pending orders, customer requests, and sales opportunities. Coordinate with sales representatives to support customer accounts, dealer relationships, and sales activities. Maintain regular communication with customers and dealers throughout the order process. Work closely with warehouse, logistics, finance, customer support, and operations teams to confirm inventory availability, payment status, order readiness, and shipment updates. Help resolve order discrepancies, pricing questions, shipping concerns, and other customer service issues. Maintain accurate customer, dealer, order, and sales activity records in internal systems, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms. Update and maintain sales reports, order tracking files, customer records, pricing documents, and related administrative files. Assist with customer and dealer account setup, document collection, and internal account coordination. Monitor outstanding orders and ensure required follow-up actions are completed on time. Prepare and maintain internal sales forms, templates, checklists, and process documents. Organize sales files and customer documentation in shared drives and internal folders. Assist with data entry, spreadsheet updates, and general record maintenance. Support product launches, sales programs, promotions, and dealer communications. Help coordinate internal follow-up items, meetings, and communications related to sales activities. Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes, order accuracy, response times, and workflow efficiency. Provide general administrative and cross-functional support to the sales team as assigned by management. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an asset. 3+ of experience in inside sales, sales administration, customer service, order processing, or a related role is preferred. Experience supporting dealers, distributors, wholesale customers, or business-to-business sales is an asset. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience using CRM, ERP, inventory, or order-management systems is an asset. Comfortable working with pricing information, product specifications, spreadsheets, and order-related documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to coordination and follow-up. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
