You will be joining a dynamic environment with a wide range of strategic projects and key deliverables where you will have the latitude to demonstrate strong leadership in designing, coordinating, and delivering HR strategies that support the growth and continuity of these sectors. You will also benefit from the support and collaboration of a fellow HR Business Partner who will work alongside you in serving these teams and partnering with you to successfully deliver strategic initiatives and business needs. More specifically, you will be required to: Advise and support clients and partners in the positioning, planning, development, execution, and follow-up of strategic projects and mandates under your responsibility Contribute to the development and evolution of policies, standards, frameworks, and programs that support your unit’s strategic projects and mandates Identify and analyze issues, address significant challenges, conduct diagnostics, and provide recommendations to the appropriate stakeholders Represent your unit on various committees composed of senior leaders and before decision-making bodies Represent, negotiate, and make commitments on behalf of Desjardins in agreements with external partners and organizations. Requirements
