As a specialized financing and banking solutions advisor, you help serve, solicit and develop and maintain personalized business relationships with mass-affluent and high-net-worth members of the specialized wealth management network. You develop personalized strategies and offer banking products and services. You serve as a debt management and financing expert advisor. You offer financial services and provide advice on savings, investments and everyday financial transactions. You work closely with the wealth manager and the business centre manager, serving as a partner and supporting business relationships with clients. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You offer premium support to members and clients. You make recommendations to ensure the full satisfaction of members and clients and to support business growth. You drive results by ensuring sound risk and compliance management, and compliance with practices and policies. You serve as an expert in your line of work, mentoring and coaching members of your team. You are attentive to member/client needs. You act on opportunities and advise and assist members and clients to help them get the most out of new technology and distribution channels. You are mindful of their interests and satisfaction. More specifically, you will be required to: Identify current and potential needs, with a focus on growing the wealth of members and clients. Identify and analyze member and client needs, and offer personalized advice regarding financing, complementary investments and everyday financial solutions. Analyze, answer, handle and follow up on member/client queries about banking services. Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field. Negotiate credit conditions in accordance with risk management and profitability standards. Be familiar with Desjardins's digital solutions and help members and clients use them by providing information and assistance. Contribute to business development objectives for Signature Service (Desjardins Securities) by working closely with key collaborators at Desjardins, while ensuring the in-transfer and development of new business with target clients. Structure highly complex financing applications.
