WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Class 3 Driver, you’ll have the opportunity to operate a variety of well-maintained trucks; Roll Off, Front Load, Side Load, Water, and Vacuum. Your role will include: * Safely operating assigned trucks and ensuring top-quality service to customers. * Performing daily vehicle inspections (brakes, lights, fluids, safety equipment). * Keeping accurate service logs, disposal volumes, mileage, and fuel records. * Communicating with dispatch, supervisors, and customers to ensure efficient service. * Responding professionally to emergency service calls. * Performing light maintenance and keeping your truck clean and ready. * Reporting hazards, incidents, or mechanical issues immediately. * Taking pride in delivering essential services that keep Yellowknife running smoothly. What You Bring * Valid Class 3 or Class 1 license with air brake endorsement. * A clean driving record. * 1–2 years’ experience with Class 3 trucks or heavy equipment (preferred). * Knowledge of safe waste handling and disposal practices (training available). * Strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and time management. * Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds. Working Conditions * Outdoor work in all weather conditions - active, not stuck behind a desk. * On-call weekend rotation/overtime as needed. * Occasional exposure to odours and confined spaces (with strict safety protocols). Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Class 3 or Class 1 license with an air brake endorsement and have a clean driving record. Preference is given to those with 1–2 years of experience operating heavy trucks or equipment.
