Our Keskorie Boarding Home is cultural oriented with a friendly work environment that houses people from all over the Territory. What You Will Do Reporting to the General Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor is a key team member of the Keskorie Boarding Home who will be instrumental in providing a warm welcome ensuring seamless transitions for our guests. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of Indigenous clients by providing culturally sensitive support and assistance throughout their stay. This is a perfect position if you are keen on customer service with a passion for ensuring inclusive care for individuals. Rotational scheduled shift hours will include 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, for a 40 hour work week. What You Bring * Knowledge of MS Office Suite and data entry experience. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients. * Experience in customer service. * Strong organizational and coordination abilities to facilitate smooth transitions and movements within the facility. * Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and conducting welfare checks. * Ability to work collaboratively with team members from different departments to meet clients' needs effectively. * Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience. * Must have a valid First Aid/CPR Certificate or willing to take training immediately. * WHMIS Certificate. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to build relationships and establish trust. * Ability to follow company processes, policies and procedures.
