Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, vendor payments, payroll review, and tax compliance for assigned entities. Lead and develop two direct reports while improving finance processes, controls, documentation, automation, and integrations with Sage Intacct and operational systems.

Manage and improve construction technology platforms and processes, including Procore account administration, vendor relationships, project account setup, tool evaluation, and ERP integration. Guide and train team members, audit platform use, identify opportunities to apply AI, and drive change and process improvements that reduce administrative work.

Prepare and maintain estimates, cost plans, quantity take-offs, tender packages, and bid analyses for purpose-built rental and mixed-use developments. Identify cost risks and opportunities, support procurement and value-management decisions, and provide clear cost reporting and recommendations throughout project planning and delivery.

Provide on-site first-line support for access control devices, hardware, and network issues across residential properties, resolving problems where possible and escalating documented issues to the software team.
