DeVry Greenhouses is looking for a Program Engagement Coordinator to join our Growing Smiles Fundraising (GSF) team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting fundraising groups throughout their journey — from registration to program completion — ensuring they feel confident, motivated, and set up for success. You’ll lead engagement through communication, coaching, and resources that help our customers succeed, playing a direct role in improving customers’ results and overall program experience. Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Support and guide fundraising groups through each stage of their program Develop and deliver coaching resources, tools, and communications to improve program success Create and manage email nurturing journeys to keep participants engaged and on track Track and analyze engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Create content for email, social media, and program resources Support campaign execution and contribute ideas that drive participation Assist with customer service (emails/calls), administrative tasks, and operational needs during peak seasons Collaborate closely with the team — embracing our “3 C’s”: Cooperate, Coordinate, Collaborate Qualification Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and follow through with a sense of ownership Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement is an asset Post-secondary education (BBA or equivalent) is considered an asset Skills Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Content Creation (Email, Social, Resources) Campaign Coordination & Support Communication & Organization Cross-Functional Collaboration Total Rewards We offer a competitive compensation package based on education, experience, and demonstrated performance. Hourly wage range: $23 - $25. Final offer based on experience and expertise. Extended health and dental benefits (after 3 months). RRSP matching program and vacation pay. Seasonal plant allowance.
