Job Title: Credit Operations Officer Location: Missisauga, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days onsite Contract Duration: 1 year Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Operations Officer III to join a busy back-office operations team supporting credit-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing daily volumes, maintaining accuracy and quality, meeting service timelines, and ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and risk controls. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operational volumes and ensure tasks are completed within established service timelines (SLAs). Perform accurate data entry and processing of credit-related information and documentation. Review information carefully to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality. Follow established policies, procedures, and risk controls. Identify issues, exercise sound judgment, and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members when required. Communicate effectively with internal partners, team members, and external stakeholders, including solicitors. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Handle confidential customer information appropriately. Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as required. Maintain strong attendance, reliability, and productivity. Participate in occasional team meetings and discussions. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant professional experience. Post-secondary education. Previous experience with data entry and administrative/operational processes. Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage high volumes of work while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good judgment and ability to appropriately escalate issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. Nice to Have Previous banking or financial services experience. Experience working with credit-related processes. Bilingual communication skills.
