About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Parts and Service to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with Heavy-duty truck, suspension and trailer parts inquiries, processing orders, providing technical support, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Heavy-duty truck, suspension and trailer parts and components, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality service. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding truck and trailer parts, availability, pricing, and compatibility. Assist customers in identifying correct parts based on their truck or trailer model, specifications, or part numbers. Process customer orders accurately using inventory and order management systems. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of parts. Handle service orders from scheduling to invoicing. Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heavy duty trucks, suspension and trailer parts, accessories, and industry trends. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service requests. Upsell related parts or services to enhance the customer’s experience and increase sales. Provide support to field service technicians and sales staff as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training in automotive, truck and trailer systems is a plus. 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a service shop, repair facility, or service writer role in the automotive, truck, trailer, or heavy equipment industry. Knowledge of truck suspension and trailer parts, axles, braking systems, electrical components, hitches, etc. Proficiency in using computer systems, including parts catalogs, CRM, and order entry software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working Conditions Office and counter environment with frequent interaction with customers, mechanics, and internal departments. May require occasional lifting of parts up to 50 lbs.
