Working closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and helping to deliver a first-class service to our customers. The Responsibilities As our Contracts Administrator, you’ll be responsible for: Maintaining accurate records of contracts, renewals, and service agreements Preparing and issuing contract-related documentation, including quotations, renewals, and variations Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements Assisting with scheduling and coordinating contract works in line with SLAs and KPIs Supporting our helpdesk and operations teams with contract-specific queries Monitoring and updating customer portals with relevant contract information Producing reports on contract performance and supporting audits when required Liaising with clients, suppliers, and engineers to resolve queries efficiently Providing general administrative support to the contracts and operations teams The Person This ideal person who’ll thrive in this role will be: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A strong communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks Professional, customer-focused, and approachable Proficient with IT systems, spreadsheets, and digital platforms A team player who can also work independently The Training Full training will be provided.
