DG Global Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career HR professional who is looking to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of human resources functions while supporting multiple operating businesses and a diverse workforce. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will work closely with the HR Manager to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and office administration activities. What You'll Do Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate job postings and candidate communications. Screen resumes and schedule interviews. Conduct reference checks and prepare recruitment documentation. Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Assist with career fairs and recruitment initiatives. Employee Support Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs. Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives. Assist with routine employee relations matters and workplace concerns. Help foster a positive and respectful workplace culture. HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Prepare employment letters and HR documentation. Track probationary reviews, training records, and employee information. Support HR reporting and compliance activities. Benefits & Leave Administration Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes. Coordinate leave requests and maintain related records. Liaise with benefits providers as required. Learning & Development Coordinate employee training programs and workshops. Track training completion and participation. Support employee development initiatives. Office Administration Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Manage inventory and office orders. Support company meetings, events, and employee recognition programs. Assist with workplace health and safety administration. Provide general administrative support as required. What We're Looking For Qualifications Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of HR, recruitment, office administration, or related experience. Experience with an HRIS is an asset. Skills & Attributes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn. French language skills is an asset.
