About The Role You’ll start by: Using our CRM system to qualify prospects by telephone, email, online platforms - Canada-wide B2B sales, no limits on industry Promoting DHL Express services to new and existing clients Acting as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries or issues are dealt with appropriately Coordinating with different departments on lead initiatives Working with supervisor on a regular basis for feedback opportunities Then you’ll have the opportunity to: Re-activate, onboard, and manage small-sized business accounts where companies use DHL Express services 3-6 x year Identify opportunities for growth and use of DHL Express services on a more frequent basis, collaborating with our different sales channels Utilize our commercial tools to maximize revenue growth Practice with pipeline management to set up new businesses within DHL Express Our Investment in You Professional development and career advancement opportunities within DHL; including 1:1 coaching and an Individual Development Plan Training program to become a ‘Certified International Specialist’ and a "Sell Like Never Before" training program that provides skills and strategies for successful sales. Lucrative uncapped performance-based commission structure with OTE of 60-100k Preferred Qualifications College or University degree or 1-2 years prior sales experience Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management tool. Proficient with Microsoft Office Outstanding phone presence with the ability to create rapport with prospective clients Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation Commitment to exceed sales targets Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage time and tasks effectively and strategically Resiliency, a positive attitude, and the perseverance to succeed!
