We’re looking for Senior to Lead-level Web Developers with strong hands-on experience in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, design systems, large-scale codebase migrations, and modern front-end engineering. 📍 Location: Remote – Canada / Nearshore Canada 💼 Level: Senior to Lead 🖥️ Focus: React | TypeScript | Design Systems | Web Modernization Seeking Senior to Lead-level Web Developers with strong hands-on experience in: Must Have: React + JavaScript/TypeScript HTML/CSS, Responsive Design, CSS Modules, Design Tokens/Theming Large-scale refactoring, codemods & code migrations GitHub, PR reviews/approvals, Git & CI/CD Playwright – MUST HAVE (visual regression/screenshot testing) Redux or similar state management Strong engineering/problem-solving skills Agile/Scrum experience AI coding agents / MCP-assisted workflows (Claude Code) Preferred: Reusable Component Libraries / Design Systems Emotion / styled-system → CSS Modules migration Storybook, Jest / React Testing Library WCAG 2.1/2.2, ARIA SSR / Isomorphic React Monorepo tooling Node.js / REST APIs Java / Spring Boot 🎯 Ideal Background We’re especially interested in engineers who have hands-on experience modernizing large React codebases, migrating styling/design-system implementations, performing codemods and large-scale refactoring, and working through GitHub-based PR/review workflows. Candidates should be comfortable operating at a Senior/Lead engineering level, contributing to architecture and migration decisions while remaining highly hands-on.

Candidates should have senior- or lead-level experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, responsive HTML/CSS, design systems, large-scale migrations, Git workflows, CI/CD, and Playwright visual regression testing. Strong problem-solving skills, state management experience, Agile/Scrum experience, and familiarity with AI coding agents or MCP-assisted workflows are also sought.
