Job details
Our client in the Apparel & Fashion industry is hiring a Growth Creative Strategist! About this role We're looking for a conceptually strong, performance-minded Growth Creative Strategist to own the ideas, briefs, and testing strategy behind our paid creative. This hands-on role combines brand and direct-response thinking, turning customer insights, product stories, cultural trends, and performance data into distinct concepts that can be produced, tested, and optimized quickly across paid social. You'll write hooks, build testing matrices, brief creators, review edits, and use performance insights to guide what we create next. What You’ll Do Creative Strategy & Concept Development: Own the paid creative pipeline by developing concepts, hooks, scripts, and briefs grounded in customer insights, product value, brand positioning, cultural trends, and platform behavior. Translate campaign priorities into paid-first ideas and refresh winning concepts through new formats, messaging, talent, and storytelling. Testing & Performance: Own the creative testing roadmap in partnership with Media Buying, balancing new concepts with iterations of winners. Analyze performance across hooks, formats, messaging, products, and audiences, identify creative fatigue, and use data to guide new briefs and weekly testing priorities. Creative Development & Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Creative, Media Buying, and production teams to bring concepts from brief to final delivery. Guide creators, editors, and designers, provide actionable feedback on creative assets, maintain a library of tests and learnings, and identify new opportunities through customer feedback, competitor content, and platform trends. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in performance creative strategy, growth creative, paid social creative, copywriting, content strategy, or a related role for a consumer brand or agency. A portfolio that demonstrates strong concepts, clear briefs, direct-response thinking, and creative informed by performance. Hands-on experience developing paid social creative for Meta and TikTok. Strong understanding of testing, iteration, fatigue, and how metrics inform, but do not replace, creative judgment. Excellent writing skills, including hooks, scripts, headlines, and messaging angles. Strong visual taste and the ability to distinguish a meaningful concept from a superficial asset variation. Comfort reviewing data, identifying patterns, and translating learnings into specific creative actions. Ability to manage a high-volume roadmap and move from insight to brief quickly. Strong collaboration skills and comfort giving clear, constructive creative feedback. Fashion, beauty, activewear, lifestyle, or culturally relevant consumer experience is strongly preferred.
