Paid Ads Manager | Direct Route Marketing & Design About the Role Direct Route Marketing & Design is hiring a full-time Paid Ads Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution across our client portfolio. You'll own campaign performance from setup through optimization, working across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms to drive measurable results for a diverse range of clients. What You'll Do Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms as needed Own campaign performance end-to-end: budgeting, bid strategy, targeting, ad copy, and ongoing optimization Monitor and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution issues Analyze performance data and translate it into clear, actionable reporting for clients and internal teams Partner with Account Managers to align paid media strategy with broader client goals Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices Manage multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously, prioritizing based on performance and deadlines Present campaign results and strategy recommendations directly to clients when needed What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns, ideally at an agency Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (certifications a plus) Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and analytics platforms (GA4) Comfort analyzing data and pulling insights that go beyond surface-level metrics Strong written communication skills for client-facing reporting Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets without losing attention to detail Nice to Have Experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest) Experience with e-commerce and/or lead-gen campaigns specifically Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools Experience building client-facing performance decks Why Direct Route We're a close-knit agency that values real results over vanity metrics.
