Position Summary Reporting to the School Administrators, the Secondary School Secretary plays a key role in the effective operations of the office through the performance of a variety of secretarial and administrative duties. The successful candidate will provide the necessary support to the school, students, and parents/guardians while ensuring that integrity of information is maintained. Qualifications Education and Experience Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with board-specific software such as Aspen and SparkRock is considered an asset. Skills And Abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all levels of the organization. Ability to establish priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
