DOF Canada is currently seeking a Marine Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join our Crewing team. Key Responsibilities Training and Course Coordination; Coordination of the Competency Baseline and Compliance for Marine Crew; Maintain all training documentation in crewing system and proactively follow structured process to ensure compliance of crew; Coordination of general administrative tasks in regards to systems updates and communication; Plan and coordinate co-ordinate internal courses; Arrange travel and logistics as required; Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for marine crew in partnership with Senior Crew Coordinator; Regional Crewing Manager, Operations Managers and Vessel Managers; Coordinate cadets together with Senior Crew Coordinator; Represent DOF at school visits, fairs and industry events; Addition of employee profiles to company crewing system. Key Qualifications and Experience: Industry relevant experience / relevant education (or equivalent experience); Experience in compliance and training within offshore industry Strategic thinker but not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get work done; Ability to adapt to a fast paced and constantly changing organization with strict deadlines; Knowledge of offshore operations would be preferred, but not critical for the position; Exceptional team member and lead by example with a focus on developing others and yourself; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times; Organization and time management skills are essential; Advanced ability with Microsoft Office products.
