En tant qu'associé de stock chez Dolce Vita, tu soutiendras les opérations quotidiennes du magasin en traitant les livraisons, en réapprovisionnant les produits et en organisant l'arrière-boutique. En travaillant de près avec la direction et l'équipe de vente, tu aideras à t'assurer que les produits sont facilement accessibles et bien présentés. Avec un état d'esprit proactif, de solides compétences organisationnelles et un bon esprit d'équipe, tu joueras un rôle clé pour soutenir le succès du magasin et offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle en coulisses. Soutenir l'expérience Dolce Vita (Responsabilités principales) Aider à donner vie à la collection Dolce Vita en recevant, déballant et traitant correctement les nouvelles livraisons, pour que les derniers styles soient prêts pour la vente. Soutenir une expérience en magasin fluide grâce à une organisation réfléchie des stocks (accessible et facile à trouver) et à la gestion des mouvements d'inventaire. Créer un environnement d'arrière-boutique qui reflète le standard Dolce Vita et répond aux besoins de l'équipe de vente ainsi que des clients pour assurer le succès du magasin. Soyez un partenaire clé pour l’équipe du magasin en communiquant la disponibilité des produits, les besoins de réapprovisionnement, les nouveautés et en aidant à faire en sorte que les clients puissent découvrir les styles qu’ils recherchent et qu’ils adorent. Soutenez l’intégrité de la marque Dolce Vita en suivant les procédures opérationnelles, les processus d’inventaire, les standards de prix et les pratiques de prévention des pertes avec précision et soin. Soyez fier de créer un environnement de magasin organisé et inspirant, en veillant à ce que autant la surface de vente que l’arrière-boutique restent propres, bien entretenues et prêtes à soutenir les activités. Travaillez en collaboration dans tous les domaines du magasin, en intervenant là où c’est nécessaire pour soutenir vos collègues et assurer une expérience client fluide. Abordez chaque journée avec flexibilité et une mentalité axée sur les solutions, en aidant aux livraisons de marchandises, au réapprovisionnement, aux initiatives visuelles et aux projets spéciaux qui contribuent au succès du magasin. Éducation et/ou expérience: Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent requis. Capacité à traiter de l'information ou des marchandises via un système informatique et un système de caisse enregistreuse. As a Dolce Vita Stock Associate, you'll support daily store operations through shipment processing, replenishment, and stockroom organization. Working closely with management and the sales team, you'll help ensure products are readily available and presented at their best. With a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a focus on teamwork, you'll play a vital role in supporting store success and delivering an exceptional customer experience behind the scenes. Supporting the Dolce Vita Experience (Key Responsibilities) Help bring the Dolce Vita collection to life by accurately receiving, unpacking and processing new deliveries, ensuring the latest styles are ready for the sales floor. Support a seamless store experience thought thoughtful stock organization (accessible and easy to locate) and managing inventory movement. Create a stockroom environment that reflects the Dolce Vita standard and meets the needs of both the sales team and customers to enable store success. Be a key partner to the store team by communicating product availability, replenishment needs, new arrivals and helping ensure customers can discover the styles they are looking for and love. Support the integrity of the Dolce Vita brand by following operational procedures, inventory processes, pricing standards, and loss prevention practices with accuracy and care. Take pride in creating an organized and inspiring store environment, ensuring both the sales floor and stockroom remain clean, well-maintained, and ready to support the business. Work collaboratively across all areas of the store, stepping in where needed to support teammates and ensure a seamless customer journey. Approach each day with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset, assisting with merchandise deliveries, replenishment, visual initiatives, and special projects that help drive store success. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to process information or merchandise through computer system and POS register system. Language Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills French and English (Quebec Locations - Fluency in French and English is required for this position to effectively serve our local and international clientele and to communicate with head office).
