The Store Manager is responsible for leading a team to drive profitable sales and overseeing all operational activities. This includes managing merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment, scheduling, and inventory.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail, and possess strong communication and time management skills. A secondary school education is required, along with the physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
