Job Summary Dollarama is seeking a passionate problem-solver with a strong interest in continuous improvement to join our team as a Functional Analyst mobile apps.Key Accountabilities This position combines two key areas of responsibility:• Primarily focused on supporting store operations and assisting users in an iOS frontend environment, with SAP and Python technologies on the backend.• Playing a central role in process improvement and optimization through participation in various projects.• Demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, all of which are essential to success in this role.Job Requirements • More than 2 years of experience as a SAP Functional Analyst.• Experience with Python is considered an asset.• Strong ability to analyze requirements and design solutions that effectively meet business needs.• A collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities• Manage and resolve incidents and support requests.• Provide functional support to stores and end users.We thank all interested applicants.
