ON RECRUTE — Directeur / Directrice des Ressources Humaines Une entreprise manufacturière reconnue, basée à Dorval, est à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) Directeur/Directrice des Ressources Humaines pour piloter la stratégie RH du site. Vos responsabilités Élaborer et déployer les politiques RH (dotation, relations de travail, gestion des talents, conformité légale) Superviser et développer une équipe RH locale Assurer la conformité aux lois du travail et aux meilleures pratiques Contribuer activement à la culture santé-sécurité-environnement (HSE) du site Profil recherché Baccalauréat en Ressources Humaines, Administration ou domaine connexe Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des ressources humaines Expérience en milieu manufacturier fortement souhaitée Bilinguisme français/anglais (oral et écrit) Leadership, autonomie et sens de l'organisation Intéressé(e) ou vous connaissez la bonne personne ? Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in HR or Administration and at least 5 years of HR management experience. Proficiency in both French and English and experience in a manufacturing environment are strongly desired.
