Role Description We are seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our Client's vehicle fleet in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our transportation equipment. Responsibility Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet maintenance and repairs. Develop maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Supervise maintenance staff and external service providers. Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvements. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs. Optimize inventory of parts and tools required for fleet servicing. Collaborate with logistics teams to support operational needs Perform other duties as required. Qualification 310 T License required. Proven experience in vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation and regulatory compliance. Class A license preferred. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication skills. What you’ll do

The supervisor will manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet maintenance and repairs, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the transportation equipment. This includes developing maintenance schedules, supervising staff, and monitoring fleet performance metrics.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a 310 T License and have proven experience in vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and strong leadership and communication skills are also required.
