The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This job is full-time permanent.Key Responsibilities: Manage complex and hard-to-fill roles Coach and mentor junior team members. Serve as a subject-matter expert on recruitment technologies and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Demonstrate a high level of independence and autonomy in managing assignments. Design tools and training related to talent acquisition. Lead talent acquisition and cross-functional projects. Take operational leadership in cases of team member absences or vacations. Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously, while maintaining high quality standards. Oversee and optimize collaboration with RPO partners. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Identify training and development needs within the team and with internal stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for MyHRSpace inquiries from internal clients. Use influence and expertise to effectively drive requisitions to closure. Implement new sourcing methods and strategies. Key Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with high-volume recruitment.
